Create courses in your housing association

Most board work in housing associations is driven by dedicated volunteers. As such, the board members are often not professionals with experience in law, budgeting, or volunteer engagement.

For this reason, it can be beneficial to provide further training for board members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to handle the responsibilities of their roles effectively.

There are several courses that are ideal for board members and administrators in a housing association:

• Basic Course for Board Members: Covers the fundamentals of board work, including regulations, bylaws, and meeting management.
• Finance and Budgeting: Learn about financial literacy, budget planning, and financial management.
• First Aid Course: Ensure your board members and residents are equipped to provide first aid and use a defibrillator.

Although our course feature is designed with the board in mind, there’s no need to limit its use. If residents want to organize a course for others in the housing association, they can create it and allow others to sign up.
