When the module is activated, the HOA can create one or several task lists — for example, a single list for the entire HOA or separate lists for the community house, basement areas, or committees. For each list, the board can choose who may add tasks: all residents, specific roles, or selected groups. Tasks are created with a name, description, responsible resident, and an optional deadline. The responsible person can mark the task as completed, and the system automatically saves the timestamp and updates the overview.
