Once you have your CSV ready, just drag and drop it into Anyhoa. Here’s how it works:

The CSV import makes it simple and quick to get started with Anyhoa – especially if your association has many residents. Instead of entering each one manually, you can import the entire list at once. The system automatically checks for duplicates, so the same residents are not added twice. All data is placed correctly in your system, and each resident receives a welcome email.
Many associations have more than 50 residents, and then it becomes a slow process to create them all manually. If you have more than 20 residents, we recommend using the “resident CSV import” option.
Fields in the CSV are mapped to the resident register. The result: consistent names, addresses, units, roles, and contact details that work across modules.
CSV import is the fast solution when many residents need to be added to the system at once. But you can also let residents register themselves via the association’s website. This provides a flexible start or continuation, where the board doesn’t have to do the work, and residents enter their own information directly in the system.
