When the webmaster uploads files, Anyhoa analyzes file names and content to automatically sort them into the correct folders. If a file is named “Bylaws 2025”, it will be stored in the “Bylaws” folder without manual sorting. This makes it easier for boards to organize documents while allowing residents to quickly find the information they need.
